It was morning, a foggy morning, out on the lake. As some of you might already know, I am drawn to foggy days like a moth to a flame. There is so much mystery and emotion that lies within its corridors. This morning was no exception. As I was photographing the mist rising from both the water and the air, I noticed that trees, on one edge of the lake, began to slightly glisten. That could only mean one thing: sun rising! I didn't have much time to capture both the fog and sun together, each one, vying to win out. And before the fog dissipated, Dawn's Caress was the result.
