The lifespan of a flower is fragile, lasting only days. And in that timeframe my mind is swirling with thoughts on how to possibly portray these delicate beauties from beginning to end. I spend the time I have with them placing them in different light, different scenarios and arrangement, with and without props to see what woos their essence the most. This lovely lavender tulip was fading and I had to catch it's farewell from different angles, as it held onto it's beauty even as it withered. "Beauty Still" is a small tribute to its graceful life that also graced mine.
