The view outside the Wickford Art Association in North Kingstown, RI is usually peaceful. Situated close to the bay, it makes for a great landscape photograph no matter what the weather. On this particular day, I was either picking up or dropping off work for an exhibit. It was overcast and the clouds were quite heavy. The original photo was fairly benign but I liked the quiet feel of it. So, I did some editing and this image was the one that brought to life the "feel" of what I was seeing that day.
